All clients’ funds are held in a separate clients account and an annual audited certificate is provided to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

We use our surveying expertise on building repairs and the law of Landlord & Tenants for both Residential and Commercial Properties, in the conduct of the management of properties.

We are prepared to inspect properties and have an informal meeting free of charge with potential clients/landlords.

We further offer a wealth of experience in the vetting of potential tenants.

We are skilled at rent collection, and try extremely hard to yield the property back to the landlord in a similar state to the time of our appointment, allowing for fair wear and tear.

This we believe to be, as important as the collection of and the level of rent charged. We keep an ongoing date schedule of when to serve notices on Assured Shorthold Tenants requiring possession at the end of each agreement.

We use our expertise in deciding whether to offer tenants a new tenancy agreement.

We also have an ongoing date schedule for applications to be made to rent officers for Rent Act protected tenants.

We also keep an ongoing schedule for serving Rent Notices and the serving of Schedules of Dilapidation’s on commercial tenants, for the purposes of Rent Reviews and the termination of leases.
